3. How Do I Make Strained Yogurt at Home?
Make strained yogurt at home by straining store-bought yogurt through a mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel. Put 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve set over a medium bowl, and refrigerate overnight. Discard the liquid that drains from yogurt.
