How did I find balance in life?

– When I was a child my mum used to cook pancakes, donuts, cookies, and many other desserts for me and my sister, food that every kid goes crazy about! I enjoyed her recipes and now those memories still bring me a smile.
As I was growing up I became more aware of the importance of eating healthy and all the benefits that come with it.
Step by step I started replacing all of those sweets with healthy sweet snacks such as dried fruits, honey, fruit salads and started feeling better and healthier. I was so curious about all the nutrients in the food that I eat and how they affect my health, my body, mind, and skin. That helped me realize how hormones have a big impact on my overall health.
Before I knew about the impact food had on my hormones I was feeling down, moody, irritable, or constantly bloated..but not anymore! After realizing that I started discovering the connection between food, hormones, and anything that can affect them. I kept my hormones in balance by choosing healthy habits and being consistent. These changes helped me become the best version of myself!

Once you replace your bad habits with healthier ones, you never want to go back! 🙂
